The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Superintendent of Police, Bijnor and Station House Officer, P.S. Kotwali City, Distt. Bijnor and Investigating Officer, P.S. Kotwali City, Distt. Bijnor, respondents - 2 to 4 to ensure fair investigation in FIR dated 14.6.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 580 of 2018, under Section 420, 379 IPC, P.S. Kotwali City, Distt. Bijnor.
It has been stated that FIR was lodged on 14.6.2018 but the police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Superintendent of Police and Station House Officer as well as Investigating Officer, P.S. Kotwali City, Distt. Bijnor, respondents- 2 to 4, who shall ensure fair investigation and submission of police report under Section 173 (2) Cr P C in Case Crime No. 580 of 2018, under Section 420, 379 IPC, P.S. Kotwali City, Distt. Bijnor as early as possible.
