Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appropriate application before Competent Authority, for ventilating his grievances, under the relevant provisions of U.P. Consolidation Holdings Act, 1953.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
