JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 16
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 25130 of 2018 Petitioner :- Mahaveer Mishra Respondent :- State Of U.P. And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Suresh Chandra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he was working as Cooperative Supervisor/Secretary in Sahkari Sangh/Purti Bhandar Kakrahi Block, Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra. He retired on 30.06.2015. He has been paid his retiral dues. However his claim for salary and bonus w.e.f. October, 2014 to June, 2015 has not yet been settled by the respondents. He has made a representation on 05.09.2018 to the respondent no. 2 which remains un-disposed off.
The learned Standing Counsel says that there is proof of sending the representation dated 05.09.2018 by post and in case it should have been sent by hand, there should be a seal/signature of the person who has received the same.
Be that as it may, since the petitioner is a retired employee, he is granted two weeks' time to make a fresh representation detailing the dues that are pending to be paid. If such a representation is made the respondent no. 2 shall call for a report from the Sahkari Sangh/Purti Bhandar Kakrahi Block, Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra and then pass appropriate reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
The writ petition is disposed off. Order Date :- 29.11.2018 VR
