Heard Sri Uma Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri B.B.Jauhari, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 and learned standing counsel for respondent no.1.
The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking quashing of the orders dated 13.8.2018 and 8.1.2019 passed by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 respectively.
In the order dated 13.8.2018 it has been specifically mentioned that the construction over the land of Khasra No. 60 measuring 2094.358 sq. meter in village Shahberi, Pargana and Tehsil Dadari, district Gautam Budh Nagar is being made in an unauthorised manner even without sanctioning the map though the said land has been notified under Greater Noida. The other impugned order dated 8.1.2019 has been issued in the same light.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that the land in question has been notified under Greater Noida and that some other persons have filed writ petitions for de-notification. Neither any order quashing the notification nor any order of the High Court has been placed before us.
We do not find any illegality or infirmity in the impugned orders dated 13.8.2018 and 8.1.2019 passed by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 respectively.
The writ petition is dismissed. .
