Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The application of the petitioner before the magistrate dated 4.7.2018 praying for taking back the land in dispute from the receiver and for payment of damages is pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Jamaniya, District Ghazipur. The grievance of the petitioner is that the same is not being decided.
This petition is disposed of directing the magistrate aforesaid to decide the aforesaid application within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
