(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned advocate for the appellant places on record a copy of the affidavit dated 30th August 2011 filed by the applicant. He submitted that disputes between the applicant wife and respondent husband have been resolved. The applicant, therefore, is not desirous of proceeding further with the appeal. Question of condonation of delay therefore, does not arise.
Counsel for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the delay condonation application as well as the First Appeal. Permission granted. Both the proceedings stand disposed of accordingly.
