Committee of management is before this Court with the grievance that two selected candidates have been sent for joining against a solitary vacancy. One of the candidate has been allowed joining. Notice issued by the respondent for joining of the other candidate is put to challenge in this writ petition.
While entertaining the writ petition, following orders were passed in the matter on 5.8.2021:-
"Learned Standing Counsel shall obtain instructions in the matter within ten days.
Put up this case as a fresh case on 24th August, 2021.
Till then, the petitioner shall not be forced to comply with the order dated 8.3.2021."
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions according to which the other candidate has been directed to join in some other institutions. Respondent no. 5 has actually joined in Sarvajanik Kisan Inter College, Jadishpur,Kannauj.
In view of the above, there would be no occasion for the authorities to proceed against the petitioner any further.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
