Sri Anshu Choudhary Advocate has accepted notice for respondent nos.1 and 2, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.3, Sri Nisar Uddin Advocate for respondent nos.4 and 5 and Sri A.R. Dube Advocate has filed appearance on behalf of respondent no.4.
On the request made by them, counter affidavit may be filed by 3.1.2011. Petitioners shall file rejoinder affidavit within 24 hours thereafter.
