Order on Crl. Misc. Modification Application No. 6 of 2019 Sri Shiv Kumar Singh Rajawat, learned counsel for appellants has moved the present modification application on behalf of appellants for modifying the order dated 08.01.2019 as they have been ordered to be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond with two heavy sureties (out of which one should be a family member) but all the family members are in jail, hence they could not furnish the same. Therefore, the order dated 08.01.2019 may be modified to the extent that all the appellants be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond with two heavy sureties (out of which one should be a close relative).
Hence, the order dated 08.01.2019 is modified to the extent that all the appellants be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond with two heavy sureties (out of which one should be a close relative).
With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
