By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Officer, Saidpur, District - Ghazipur, to decide application dated 03.10.2018 made before him, expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Officer, Saidpur, District - Ghazipur, to decide application dated 03.10.2018, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
