JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
M.M. Barot learned counsel for Mr. MK Vakharia for the appellant requests for time. S.O to 21.02.2012. It is made clear that on next date, no sick-note or leave note shall be entertained and the matter shall not be adjourned on any other ground. If, however, Mr. MK Vakharia is not in a position to argue the matter on next date, Mr. MM Barot shall proceed with the matter, failing which the matter shall be dismissed for default.
