Sri Mukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a prayer for restoring the possession of the petitioners over the Abadi land.
Sri Mukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the submission of learned Standing Counsel that the petitioners have an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the competent court for seeking appropriate relief under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the relief sought for in the writ petition. He recasts his relief and prays that he may be granted liberty to approach the competent court under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievance.
It is always open to the petitioner to avail the appropriate legal remedies.
The writ petition is disposed of.
