Shri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.3.2019, he has received the instruction/decision dated 11.4.2019 so taken by the opposite party, Inspector General of Police, U.P. Lucknow, wherein it has been indicated that in pursuance of the order of the Division Bench of this Court dated 27.11.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.34048 of 2018, the representation of the applicant has been considered and rejected. The instruction is taken on record.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
