JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rakesh Srivastava,J.
1. It appears that this appeal has wrongly been admitted since there is deficiency of court fees of Rs. 6,52,190/- and an application under Order XXXIII Rule 1 C.P.C. is pending whereupon no notice has been issued.
2. Issue notice to respondents by registered post A.D. as well as Courier as approved by Office Memorandum dated 15.12.2015 under Order V, Rule 9(3) C.P.C. returnable at an early date.
3. However, Collector, Pilibhit, shall also submit report with respect to status of applicant-appellant within two months.
