JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri R.D Shahi, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 3 submits that the post-retiral dues will be paid to the petitioner. But, he prays that some time may be granted.
In view of above, I direct the Executive Officer (holding the present charge), Nagar Palika Parishad, Ayodhya, Faizabad to remain present in this Court on the next date of listing.
The learned Standing Counsel shall ensure the presence of the concerning Officer on the next date of listing.
