It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after the Suit was decreed ex parte on 16.3.2001, a Revision was filed by the petitioner. Thereafter, the Revision was allowed on 15.5.2017 and the matter was remanded back and it was directed that the suit be decided on merits after hearing all the parties concerned.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the Suit was not being decided thereafter.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Suit being Case No. 255 of 1995 (Smt. Kewla Devi vs. Gaon Sabha) be now decided in accordance with law within a period of six months in pursuance of the order of the Revisional Court dated 15.5.2017.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
