Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 6; and perused the record.
From a perusal of paragraphs 5, 6 and 9 of the petition, it appears that in respect of dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no.7, who are private individuals, Original Suit No.87 of 1988 is pending in which the parties have been directed to maintain status-quo in respect of the property in dispute.
Under the circumstances, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to pursue the suit and raise his grievances in the pending suit proceedings.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 7.1.2021.
