JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
Shri Alok Mathur, learned Standing Counsel for Union of India submits that petitioner has already been raised his grievances by filing suit before the competent authority, which is numbered as 339 of 2008 and the cognizance has taken in the said suit, and as such the writ petition is not maintainable.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
