Heard Shri Mukesh Baghel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the first information report dated 03.11.2021 lodged by him against the respondent nos.4 to 12 registered as Case Crime No.478 of 2021 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 506 IPC, Police Station Shahganj, District Agra.
Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, informs to the Court that the First Information Report has been lodged only in the month of November, 2021 and out of 11 accused persons, three accused persons namely Shivanshu, Tarkeshwar and Prashant Pachauri have already been arrested. The investigation is in progress and the same would be done at the earliest.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the police authorities to conclude the investigation of the said case fairly, impartially and expeditiously.
