Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents no. 1 or 2 to make an enquiry in respect of complaint/representation dated 8.9.2018 which has been given to respondent no. 1 on 18.9.2018 and also sent to respondent no. 2. A further prayer has been made to direct the respondent no. 1 or 2 to take proper actions against the respondent no. 4 by dispossessing from Arazi No. 642 Ka, area 0.045 hectare and Arazi No. 674, area 0.105 hectare recorded as Pond.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh as some inadvertent mistakes have crept in the petition. He also prays that that certified copy of the khatauni annexed as Annexure 1 to the petition may also be returned.
Prayer so made is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Office is directed to return certified copy of khatauni annexed as Annexure 1 to the petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photocopy of the same.
