The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed seeking release of corpus Mahan alias Maan son of Munna.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State Admit.
Sri Jitendra Prasad Mishra, learned counsel, has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.1 Learned AGA has accepted notices on behalf of respondent nos. 2,3, and 4.
Each one of the respondents, is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit, showing cause as to why detenu may not be released from the custody.
Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.. List on 11.07.2018 before appropriate Court.
