(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Heard learned senior advocate Mr.B.B. Naik appearing with Mr.Sanjay Prajapati for the appellant- original accused no.5. The present appeal is filed against the judgement and order dated 30th May 2012 delivered by the learned Special CBI Judge, Court No.4, Ahmedabad in Special CBI Case No.39 of 1990, whereby the learned Judge has been pleased to sentence the appellant to suffer rigorous imprisonment for five years under sections 120B read with sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC and fine of Rs.50,000/-, in default to pay fine amount, to further undergo rigorous imprisonment for 9 months.
