JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
Mr.Maulik Nanavati, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State waive service of Rule for the respondent-State.
Both these applications are filed by the applicant-accused in connection with FIR being I- C.R. No.347/2011 registered with Vejalpur Police Station, Dist:Ahmedabad and in connection with FIR being I- C.R. No.343/2011 registered with Vejalpur Police Staion, Dist:Ahmedabad respectively, for temporary bail on the ground that religious ceremony is scheduled in the house of applicant at Ahmedabad.
Ms.Mishra, learned advocate for the applicant submitted that since the function starts from today and would last on 30.06.2012, the applicant may be released on at least one day with police escort of two police constables at the cost of the applicant.
Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides, the following order is passed.
The applicant accused Mahammad Sharif Mahammad Ishak @ Kalugardan shall be released on temporary bail with police escort of two police constables on any one day, out of dated 26.06.2012 or 26.06.2012 or 29.06.2012 or 30.06.2012, of the choice of the applicant on the condition that the applicant-accused shall deposit requisite amount regarding the cost of police escort for one day, before the concerned jail authority in advance.
The application stands disposed of . Rule is partly made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
