By this application, the applicant seeks fixation of an early date of hearing of Second Appeal No.32 of 2008 on the ground that the trial court and the lower appellate court had decreed the suit in favour of the applicant herein directing reinstatement and that the applicant is likely to reach the age of superannuation within a period of two years.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts, the application is allowed. Second Appeal No.32 of 2008 to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 19th March 2012. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
