Learned AGP Ms. Shruti Pathak states that the order of detention passed by respondent No. 2, impugned in this petition stands revoked by the competent authority as per the recommendation of the Advisory Board.

In view of the above statement made by learned AGP, the subject matter of the petition does not require any adjudication. The matter stands disposed of. Rule is discharged accordingly with no order as to costs.
