1.0 By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief/s:
"9(B) Be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction on the respondents to issue a letter of appointment and allow the present petitioner to join the duty on the post of Unarmed Lok-Rakshak as he has successfully cleared all the test."
Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be considered to join the duty after he is acquitted by the Court. It will be open to the petitioner to apply for the same and in such event the same will be considered by the authority in accordance with law.
3.0 With the above observation, petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged with no order as to costs.
