1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Adhar Card.
3. Both the petitioners are present in person before this Court and appear to be major. They got married out of their own sweet will.
4. It has also been submitted that since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
5. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
