JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the fact that in the year 2006, when the applicant - convict was released on furlough leave, he remained absconding for 1184 days and only came to be arrested in the year 2009 by police. In above view of the matter, the application for parole leave for 21 days to attend the marriage ceremony of his sister's daughter cannot be allowed and even otherwise nothing is stated as to when said ceremony is to be arranged. Hence, dismissed.
