Saiyed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Mr.Saiyed, learned counsel states that the petitioners intend to file appropriate application before the competent authority of the State Government for grant of land.

Permission, as sought for, is granted. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

It is however, made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the statement made by Mr.Saiyed, learned counsel for the petitioners.
