O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a Memo dated 17.10.2019 seeking leave of this Court to dismiss the petition as not pressed, on the ground that respondent-police has filed ‘B’ report against the petitioner, as such, petition filed for quashing the FIR does not survive for consideration.
Memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as not pressed.
