These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent to take immediate steps to appoint presiding officer to Central Government Industrial Tribunal cum-Labour Court, Bangalore and etc.

2. In these petitions under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners seek a writ of mandamus to take steps to appoint Presiding Officer to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour court, Bangalore.
3. When the matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the Presiding Officer to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court, Bangalore has already been appointed on 24.01.2019. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
