The applicant-in-person has submitted before me that the prayer is for seeking review of the order passed by the Bench in Letters Patent Appeal and therefore it is mentioned appeal in the prayer itself.
It is unfortunate that office has not taken care to appropriately read the prayers. The prayers are clear that appeal is required to be restored, therefore, there is no question of review of Special Civil Application order. The applicant-in-person has said that he wants to seek review of the order passed by the Division Bench and he has also annexed the Division Bench order.
In view of this, in my view, appropriate explanation is required to be furnished by the Registry as to how this mistake is committed and who has committed this mistake. The office may put up the matter as per the prayer of review of the order of the Division Bench. Explanation be placed on record.
