O R D E R Mr.Vinaya Keerthy.M, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the process of election has not been finalized and in this regard the petitioners have submitted their representations dated 08.02.2019 to respondent Nos.1 and 2. Further, he also submitted that writ petitions be disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations submitted by petitioners in accordance with law.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider and decide the representations submitted by petitioners after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by a speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
