Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the claim of the petitioners for regularisation under the 2016 Rules shall be duly attended to and disposed of by respondent no. 4 in accordance with law with expedition and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, this petition stands disposed of.
