Hon'ble Govind Mathur,Chief Justice This appeal is preferred to question correctness of the judgment dated 21st April, 1984 passed by Sessions Judge, Meerut in Sessions Trial No. 185 of 1983.

As per the office report, both the accused persons, namely, Mahabir and Kallu alias Kalu, sons of Bhullan, have died and, as such, this appeal stands abated.

Dismissed accordingly.
