By order dated 3.7.2014 in Writ-A No.3018 of 2012 filed by the applicant, this Court granted liberty to the applicant to file fresh representation before the District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur within four weeks and it was further provided that in the event representation is filed, the District Basic Education Officer shall consider and decide the same within three months.
Counsel for the applicant does not dispute that no representation was filed by the applicant within the time stipulated by order dated 3.7.2014. The representation is said to have been filed for the first time in the year 2018 and the applicant has now moved to this Court alleging that the same is not being decided.
Since applicant has failed to file representation within the time stipulated by this Court, therefore, this Court is not inclined to proceed in contempt at this distance of time on the basis of representation now filed by the applicant.
The contempt application is accordingly dismissed.
