Learned advocate Mr. Sheth for the applicant submitted that there is breach of Rule 18 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules.

It appears from para 30.2 of the judgment of the lower appellate Court that the lower appellate Court has not assigned proper reasons in that regard. Hence, the matter requires consideration.
