Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks police protection for his person and not for the property.

In the above circumstances, if an application is preferred by the applicant before the competent authority, the case of the applicant may be considered in accordance with law for police protection at his own cost.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
