JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA)
1. It appears that pursuant to our earlier order dated August 13, 2012, the report has already been submitted. In such circumstances, we direct the State-respondent to place the said report by affirming an affidavit.
2. Let such affidavit be filed by next Wednesday. Let the matter appear for further hearing on August 24, 2012.
3. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.8-Panchayat prays for filing affidavit by the next date fixed.
