I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed against the revisional order dated 14.10.2010. There is no explanation for the laches.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed two weeks time to file supplementary affidavit to explain the laches.
