By way of present application, the applicant has prayed to quash and set aside the judgment and order dated 28th November, 2011 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Patan in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.589 of 2011 granting bail to the respondent No.1.
By way of present Criminal Revision Application the applicant has sought to cancel the bail granted to the respondent No.1, which is not permissible.
Hence, Mr.Lakhani, learned counsel for the applicant, sought permission to convert the present Criminal Revision Application into Criminal Miscellaneous Application for cancellation of bail.
Permission as prayed for is granted. Office is directed to convert the present Criminal Revision Application into Criminal Miscellaneous Application for cancellation of bail and place the matter before the appropriate Bench having roster for the same.
