It is conceded by both sides that the time stipulated in Annexure A2 judgment was extended by this court by virtue of order passed in an interim application filed by the respondents in the writ petition. 2. Therefore the Contempt of Court Case is hereby closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach this court again if there is non-compliance within the extended period.
