Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to provide the safety and security to the petitioners against the illegal interference of the respondent no. 4 to 8 and their associates and their associates in the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners."
At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
