It appears from record that hearing of the appeal is adjourned on number of occasions and lastly hearing was adjourned to today on 3rd February 2012, as no one was present for the appellant. Even as the appellant appears as party-in-person he seems to have attended the matter on earlier occasions in 2010 and thereafter ceased to pursue the proceedings. As second opportunity is already given to the appellant and no one appears for hearing of the appeal, it is dismissed for want of prosecution with no order as to costs.
