Heard Mr. Dave, learned advocate for the petitioner, and Ms. Nehal Rathod, learned advocate, for Ms. Gangwar, learned advocate for the respondent.
Under order dated 27.12.2011, the Court directed office to issue notice, making it returnable on 27.1.2012. Since then, the petition is pending on Admission Board. The Court has also granted ad-interim relief under order dated 27.12.2012. The said relief is also in operation since last 6 months. Reply affidavit by respondent has been filed.
Having regard to the contentions raised in the petition and the reply affidavit, the petition requires consideration. Hence, RULE. Ad-interim relief, granted under order dated 27.12.2011, to continue until the final hearing and decision in the matter or until any other or further order may be passed.
