Heard and perused the record.
It is stated that the father of the petitioner is not gainfully employed and that the petitioner is seeking benefit of compassionate appointment through his mother who is stated to have died in harness.
In my opinion, the grievance of the petitioner can be appropriately examined by respondent no. 3 at the first instance.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation, along with a certified copy of this order, ventilating all the grievances before the aforesaid respondent within two weeks from today. On such a representation being made, the said respondent shall call for the records and shall pass a reasoned and speaking order, after verification of the relevant facts in accordance with law, preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
