This Petition coming on for admission this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER None appears for the petitioner. Since the petition is of the year 2017, it has been verified from the website of the Trial Court that the proceedings before the Trial Court in C.C.No.25173/2007 has resulted in an order of acquittal passed on 28/11/2018 and probably for this reason, counsel for the petitioner is not appearing before this Court. Hence, keeping the present petition pending would not serve any purpose and accordingly, it stands dismissed.
