N.K. Majumdar, learned advocate for the petitioner has made reference of Wage Settlement. He has also relied on the proceedings in Special Civil Application No. 294 of 2012 and the order passed by the Court in said SCA No.294 of 2012 which has been preferred on the basis of the provisions under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

The Registry is, therefore directed to place this petition before the appropriate Court after examining the matter and orders from the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice.
