Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.

In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that without any acquisition or claim over the property in question, construction has been raised by the respondents and as such request has been made for directing the respondents to remove the same.
In the facts and circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition and with the consent of the parties, the same stands disposed of finally with the direction that in case the petitioner moves a fresh representation regarding his grievance before the District Magistrate, Prayagraj within a week's time from today, the Authority would definitely proceed to decide the claim set up by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within further three months time but certainly after affording opportunity to all stakeholders in the matter.
