The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No. KL8/W 5359 applied for temporary permit on the route Kayamkulam- Thiruvalla in the vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KRH 4399 by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No. KL8/W5359 on the route Kayamkulam- Thiruvalla in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No. KRH 4399. 2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KRH 4399 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider the application for temporary permit and issue the WPC. 34043/2014 : 2 :
